Came for an appointment scheduled tour and office manager was nowhere to be found (Tierra) which I only got to speak to one time and my application was delayed a whole week . A super helpful and world class man by the name of Michael introduced himself as the onsite maintenance man and excused his office manager for not being there to show me around but he'd be more than happy to help me and show me around which he did and was very thorough and honest about what needs to be fixed before move in and what not , did a fantastic job at accommodation all those things Before move in aswell so I could honestly say his customer service and just his attitude to wanna help provide comfort and excellence is what drew me to wanna stay here at the end of the day . So then Jen from the office called me and apologized for the long wait on the application and explained it wasnt her fault but made sure EVERYTHING got handled in less than 24 more hours and made my move in happen very quickly and could honestly say is a stupendously nice lady and was very sweet to my small child which I always appreciate . Humans like them are hard to come by these days . Jen and Michael were quite helpful so if your looking to lease here just swing by the leasing office and ask for either one of them , you won't be let down I promise .

My roommate put in a couple requests for the front door making too much noise upon entry/exit and the dishwasher being clogged up. Michael from maintenance was super proffesional and courteous from beggining to end. He knocked and made sure to call out 'maintenance' at least 6 times before entering our unit. After servicing our requests he even took the time to educate me on what the issues were and even gave me some DIY maintenance tips for the dishwasher in a kind and proffesional manner. I've had some bad experiences with maintenance in other rental properties outside of Oxford Pointe and for whatever reason they seem to come with attitude and won't even tell you they are leaving or explain if the issue has been resolved. So Michael from Oxford Pointe maintenance department I appreciate the way you conducted yourself and your level of proffesionalism should be the gold standard.

We have lived here for nine months and this is the 3rd management since than and by far the best. They pay attention to the community, not just repairs but the people too. If something needs to be fixed, they actually fix it right. Not just put a bandaid on it. The property manager, or maintenance manager, I think his name is Dillon. He goes out of his way to make sure your doing ok. He cares about this property and the people. You dont have to ask 20 times for something to be fixed, hes on it immediately. Not sure how he does it on his own but he is truly a good guy. Love how they fixed this place up. Thank you
